Elvingston is a family-run farm in the South-East of Scotland. We believe in a slower, more natural way of farming that allows our animals to grow at their own pace in the great outdoors.

The farm is not just a business – it’s also our home, and we wanted to use the land as responsibly as possible for the benefit of the livestock, the local environment, and ultimately us .

We feel that the free-range lifestyle and the ‘slow-grown’ philosophy means that our animals are happy and content, and produce a very high quality of meat.
